Database and Computer Information Systems Analyst
Responsible for designing, developing, deploying,
and maintaining a WEB based electronic filing system
to replace a previous paper based Real Estate Filing
and Workflow system in an enterprise n-tier Windows
environment. Contact company’s client and collect
real estate market and finance information; Follow Oracle
database standards, perform logical and physical database
designs; Applying both knowledge of Oracle database
programming techniques & windows operation systems
and experience in Real Estate valuation, sale and finance.
Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures & functions
for real estate applications by using industry best
practices. Install, configure and upgrade of Oracle
database and related products, based on the real estate
business needs. Establish Oracle recovery policies and
procedures by having through knowledge of Oracle database
recovery mechanisms. Install, configure, and support
office local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN),
and Internet Connection. Monitor network to ensure network
availability to all system users and perform on-field
system installation and trouble-shooting to support
network availability; meanwhile provide security to
protect company's data. Identifying performance bottlenecks
(OS, Network, Database), tuning of windows operation
system, web service and Oracle database service and
make optimal performance recommendations.

Education: Master's in Economics, Finance, or related fields
