Asia Pacific Groups was established in 1987 as a subsidiary of HMW & JK
Enterprises, inc., which was incorporated in California, USA.

The company was organized initially to do business in real estate
investment, development, brokerage, and finance. In 1992, the company
started to develop mortgage banking along with mortgage brokerage
business. Special emphasis was put into short term commercial and equity
lending. The company expanded rapidly. It is now the most
recognized finance company in Asian community in the bay Area.

In 1995, Asia Pacific Groups, initiated contact in financing
international investment projects. Rapport and support continues to grow
from different Asian communities such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and
China. In 1995, the major operation also includes venture capital for
high-tech investment and asset acquisition.

Asia Pacific Groups is fully automated with state-of-the-art computer
systems. Through the electronic networking to the entire American
continent, our relationship with other US companies is significantly
enhanced and strengthened.

Asia Pacific Groups currently employs a total number of 85 staff and
